- Technical Information: Your Zoho Organization ID, current app versions, and a description of the technical challenges you are facing.
- Payment Data: We use encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
2. Use of Information
The data collected is used strictly for:
- Facilitating the technical support session.
- Managing your account and booking history.
- Sending technical follow-ups or “Health Audit” reminders.
- Complying with UAE legal and tax requirements.
3. Data Confidentiality and Third Parties
- Non-Disclosure: ZClinic will never sell, rent, or trade your business data to third parties.
- Service Providers: We may share data with our parent company (ETD ME) only for service delivery and finance reporting.
- Legal Disclosure: We may disclose information if required by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
4. Screen Sharing and Recordings
During your “Treatment,” our experts see your live Zoho environment. We do not record these sessions unless it is specifically requested by you for your own training purposes. Any such recording is stored securely and deleted after 30 days.
5. Your Rights
In accordance with global data protection standards (and UAE Data Office regulations), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request the deletion of your account and booking history.
- Opt-out of any marketing communications from ETD ME.
