Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by ZClinic.me, a division of ETD ME. By booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Scope and "Clinic" Model

ZClinic provides time-based technical consulting for Zoho applications. A “Session” is defined as a dedicated block of time with a Zoho Certified Expert. We do not guarantee that every complex issue can be resolved within a single session, as outcomes depend on the complexity of your specific Zoho environment.

2. Booking, Pricing, and Payments

  • Advance Payment: All sessions must be paid in full via our secure payment gateway at the time of booking.
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in USD.
  • Taxes: Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. A tax invoice will be issued upon successful payment.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

  • Client Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment through our portal up to 24 hours before the session.
  • Late Arrivals: Our consultants will wait for 15 minutes. After this period, the session will be terminated as a “No-Show,” and no refund will be issued.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if ZClinic is unable to provide the consultant at the scheduled time. No refunds are provided for completed sessions or client-side technical issues.

4. Remote Access and Security

Sessions are conducted via Zoho Meeting or Zoho Assist. By booking, you grant our consultants temporary permission to view your screen and, if requested, take remote control to perform configurations. You are responsible for ensuring no sensitive personal information (not related to the task) is visible during the session.

5. Warranty and Liability

ZClinic provides services on an “as-is” basis. While we utilize Zoho-certified best practices, we are not liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption.
  • Third-party software conflicts.
  • Business downtime or loss of revenue.
  • Recommendation: We strongly advise clients to back up their Zoho data before any “Intensive” or “System Overhaul” session.
